Christine Gill has dedicated her career to improving equitable access to healthcare by building collaborative programmes that translate innovation into better patient outcomes and lasting public benefit. As Chief Executive Officer, she leads Equitable Oncology with a vision of helping more people access cancer treatment.

Christine has more than a decade of executive leadership experience in New Zealand's health sector, working alongside clinicians, researchers, healthcare providers and government to develop nationally recognised programmes that improve patient outcomes and equity of access. As the founding Chief Executive Officer of Equitable Oncology, she is leading the establishment and growth of an independently governed New Zealand registered charity dedicated to helping more people access cancer treatment. Her focus is on bringing together scientific innovation, philanthropy and collaborative partnerships to help make innovative cancer treatments more affordable and accessible without placing a financial burden on their families.

Rob Campbell is one of New Zealand's most experienced professional directors, bringing extensive governance and leadership experience across business, investment, public institutions and community organisations. As Independent Chair, he provides strategic leadership and governance to support Equitable Oncology's charitable purpose.

Rob has chaired major New Zealand organisations across healthcare, business, tourism and the public sector, including Te Whatu Ora, SkyCity Entertainment Group, Summerset Holdings, Tourism Holdings and the Environmental Protection Authority. He is Chancellor of Auckland University of Technology and has held senior leadership roles across investment management, industry and the trade union movement. Rob was appointed a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to governance and business. He brings to Equitable Oncology extensive governance experience and a strong commitment to equity, public benefit and building organisations capable of achieving lasting change.

Rene Burton is an experienced executive leader with expertise in strategic programme delivery, operational leadership and stakeholder engagement. He brings extensive experience leading complex, multidisciplinary initiatives that connect organisations, partners and communities to deliver meaningful public outcomes.

Rene is Head of Exhibitions Delivery at Auckland Museum, where he leads the delivery of major exhibition programmes, bringing together multidisciplinary teams, cultural partners and sponsors to create accessible, audience-focused experiences. Previously, he held senior leadership roles with the Department of Internal Affairs and the University of Auckland, leading large-scale programmes focused on education, digital services and organisational development. His career has been built on turning complex ideas into practical, well-governed programmes that deliver lasting public value. At Equitable Oncology, he contributes expertise in strategy, delivery, risk management and organisational leadership as the organisation grows its impact.

Lee Schoushkoff has more than 40 years of executive leadership and governance experience across New Zealand's health, disability and charitable sectors. He brings extensive expertise in advocacy, organisational leadership, fundraising and public policy to support Equitable Oncology's mission.

Throughout his career, Lee has successfully led organisations dedicated to improving health outcomes, strengthening community services and influencing public policy. He has provided executive leadership to the Northern Cochlear Implant Trust and Pindrop Foundation, helping build national advocacy programmes, secure increased government investment and improve equitable access to hearing services. His governance experience extends internationally through the Cochlear Implant International Community of Action. Lee brings a deep understanding of collaboration, philanthropy and organisational leadership to support Equitable Oncology's goal of improving equitable access to cancer treatment.

Professor Emeritus Stephen Henry is an internationally recognised scientist, entrepreneur and innovator whose work has been recognised through numerous national and international awards for scientific innovation and commercialisation. Over more than three decades, he has successfully translated pioneering research into globally applied technologies, building a strong track record of transforming scientific discovery into practical healthcare solutions.

As Founder and Chief Scientific Adviser, Professor Henry provides strategic scientific leadership to Equitable Oncology. He continues to guide the advancement of the Kode Immuno-Educer (KIE) technology platform, which underpins K5K, Equitable Oncology's lead programme, an innovative cancer therapy designed with affordability and accessibility in mind.

Dr Nabajyoti Choudhury is President of the Asian Association of Transfusion Medicine (AATM), registered in Delhi (NCR), and an experienced clinician with extensive expertise in transfusion medicine, clinical research and healthcare delivery. He brings significant clinical and scientific experience together with a deep understanding of the Indian healthcare environment and its potential to support international collaboration in cancer treatment development.

As Equitable Oncology's India Clinical and Translational Partner, Dr Choudhury provides clinical and translational insight to support our developing collaboration with India. His expertise and relationships are helping connect New Zealand-developed biotechnology with Indian clinical expertise and potential manufacturing capability, while ensuring affordability, accessibility and practical delivery are considered alongside scientific and clinical development from the outset.
